    • Establishing a federal 5-year SOL, which would be applied retroactively reviving time barred claims

    • Exempt child sexual abuse cases from the automatic stay, enabling victims to obtain discovery

    • Expand the bar date for child sexual abuse claims

    • Prohibit the state statute of limitations from barring recovery for a claim or from impacting the classification of claims

    • Employ forensic accountants to assess the institution’s estate

    • Publicize the number of claims, proposed reorganization plan, and future claims plan

    • Mandate trauma-informed training for judges and court personnel

    • Allow victim-impact statements before a reorganization plan is confirmed
